Country Music Hall of Fame Announce Their 2018 Exhibits

Five new exhibits will open throughout the year, spotlighting everyone from Little Big Town to Dr.

Little Big Town, Ralph Stanley, the Judds and Emmylou Harris are among the artists who will be honored with exhibits in 2018, the Hall of Fame announced in a press release Wednesday (Dec. 6). The exhibit is scheduled to open on March 9. "As often as I have toured the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum with family and friends that come to Nashville, I have often day dreamed about having my stuff here, and now with such a great program, that dream is now a reality".

Little Big Town will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a new exhibit opening June 29.

The Judds will be the featured artist beginning August 3, with a look at Emmylou Harris' storied career set to open on October 5.

Harris' exhibit will take a look back at the Grammy winner's 40-year-long country-rock career, which has influenced stars like the Dixie Chicks and Trisha Yearwood.

"From my first album release in 1975, country music has embraced me with open arms", notes Harris.

From her start with Gram Parsons in California during the early 1970s to her acceptance in Nashville and mainstream country music in the 1980s, Harris has brought millions of new listeners to country music. In its place, a to-be-announced exhibit is planned.
