(The director was never formally charged with a crime, and has consistently denied the allegations.) Since then, Dylan has been a writer and advocate for sexual assault survivors, and she has spoken out tirelessly about Allen having allegedly sexually abused her on numerous occasions, which lead to a massive rift in their family and the Hollywood community as a whole.

Hollywood is in the middle of the movement, and while it continues to topple powerful men, at least one has thus far proved immune: Woody Allen.

In the L.A. Times piece, Farrow wrote that her story "is not a "he said, child said" situation" and called out Winslet, Blake Lively, and Lady Bird director Greta Gerwig, who have all previously worked with Allen, for not directly addressing the accusations against the director in recent interviews.

Federal Bill Would End Forced Arbitation Of Sexual Harassment Claims
Stefanik, a Republican, is co-sponsoring the bill with other members of Congress, including Democratic U.S. Lawmakers say this bill is just one step in addressing the broader issue of sexual harassment.

The New York Times asked Winslet about the allegations in September, and whether they had given her pause. As the actor in the film, you just have to step away and say, I don't know anything, really, and whether any of it is true or false.

Lively appeared in 2016's "Café Society". "It breaks my heart when women and men I admire work with Allen, then refuse to answer questions about it". On working with Allen, Lively said, "It's very unsafe to factor in things you don't know anything about. I had an extraordinary working experience with both of those men, and that's the truth". In a November interview with Terry Gross on NPR's Fresh Air, Gerwig said in response to a question about Allen: "I think I'm living in that space of fear of being anxious about how I talk about it and what I say. I told the truth to the authorities then, and I have been telling it, unaltered, for more than 20 years", Farrow wrote Thursday. "The things making me uncomfortable were making me think I was a bad kid, because I didn't want to do what my elder told me to do". She claimed that after her brother Ronan wrote about how the firm "jumps into action whenever allegations resurface" in the Hollywood Reporter, the publication was barred from covering Allen's feature at the Cannes Film Festival.

Polish finance chief Morawiecki to be the new prime minister
The bills have been criticized by the European Union and others as an anti-democratic threat to Poland's rule of law. Lawmakers voted 239-168, with 17 abstentions, to defeat the motion to topple the prime minister's government.

Why is it that Harvey Weinstein and other accused celebrities have been cast out by Hollywood, while Allen recently secured a multimillion-dollar distribution deal with Amazon, greenlit by former Amazon Studios executive Roy Price before he was suspended over sexual misconduct allegations?

In his piece from three years ago, Allen cited a report produced by Child Sexual Abuse Clinic of the Yale-New Haven Hospital, which wrote, in part, "It is our expert opinion that Dylan was not sexually abused by Mr. Allen". "In 1997, Connecticut Magazine reported that Allen's legal team had hired private investigators, including ones assigned to find damaging information on law enforcement officials working the sex-abuse case", Farrow writes. "It works for Woody Allen still". Winslet got a shout-out specifically, as Farrow compared comments she made about Allen with those made about Harvey Weinstein.
