The John Ross saga in Cincinnati has been unusual, nearly from the beginning.

Engineers Gate Manager LP Acquires 73765 Shares of ON Semiconductor Corporation (ON)
The fund owned 2,357,860 shares of the semiconductor company's stock after buying an additional 564,275 shares during the quarter. Jabre Capital Partners S.A. purchased a new position in Cypress Semiconductor during the third quarter worth about $3,040,000.

A top-10 pick out of Washington, Ross ends the 2017 season as one of the more disappointing selections in the entire draft. That is probably good news, but it is yet another injury for a player who struggled with them throughout college.
