Three people were killed when their auto struck a pole, flipped over and caught fire on the Southeast Side early Friday, Chicago police said.
The three were in a 2016 Chevy sedan that struck a pole just after 1 a.m.in the 3300 block of East 100th Street near the bridge over the Calumet River, according to police. The sedan flipped onto the roof and caught fire. One officer said people often speed on that stretch of the road, and don't expect to see the curve.

She later realised that the 15-foot tiger shark was nearby, that the whale was steering her away from. The video was shot while she was snorkeling for research in the Cook Islands in the South Pacific.
A witness captured video of the fiery crash, as flames engulfed the auto.
Three people inside were pronounced dead at the scene. Charred debis and a tire were left behind after the auto was towed away.
