Experts Warn Raw Water Can be risky

Raw water health trend could be deadly

A section of people in the US is now drinking 'expensive' ground water - and it's not healthy

"Raw water" is essentially water that comes straight from natural sources and has not passed through any government cleaning processes or pipes.

Raw water can take several forms, from untreated bottled spring water to entire setups created to pull water directly from the atmosphere. The reality, though, is one that could involve serious illnesses uncommon in modern America. Usually water is treated in order to prevent the spread of bacteria that are present inside it but now Silicon Valley leaders seem to have developed a new fantasy for unfiltered water. This spring water is sold at a hefty cost of $34.99 per 2.5 gallons / 9.5 liters as an alternative to tap water and bottled waters.

Many Soho residents who lived closer to other pumps.opted to walk a few extra blocks for the refreshing taste of Broad Street's water.

The problem? Drinking unfiltered, untreated water is probably incredibly unsafe to do.

Passos chegou a intervir duas vezes - e numa delas mereceu a ovação da bancada. As declarações foram feitas após mais de duas horas de suspense.

"I would say the risk is more than the potential benefits of drinking the water", he said. Cases like the travesty in Flint, Michigan, are very real, and they bring with them very real health consequences.

The owner of Live Water, Mukhande Singh, complains that regular tap water is full of stuff that you shouldn't be drinking.

Another big proponent of the raw water craze is Juicero's founder, Doug Evans.

A new "raw" trend has made its way into the paper of record for anti-science woo and miracle vegetable fads - the New York Times.

Baylor's Rhule interviewed for Colts job
Baylor coach Matt Rhule has withdrawn his name a day after news got out that he interviewed with the team earlier this week. They've quietly been building a nice recruiting class, now ranking as the No. 30 team for the 2018 cycle on Rivals.

As mentioned above, tap water isn't 100 percent safe either. That's why every time you turn the tap for a drink you don't have to ask "hmm, will this refresh me or infect me with something awful?" (Ars Technica reports that the microbiology studies they cite don't support their claims and that "t$3 here is plenty of data showing that fluoride improves dental health, but none showing water-based mind control.") Don't drink it, ok? "Now is that because I saw it come off the roof, and anything from the roof feels special?"
