Global realty brand Trump Towers, owned by the United States President Donald Trump's son Donald Trump Jr., launched its first project in North India through real estate firms M3M India and Tribeca Developers. Trump Towers marked its debut with a launch of a luxury residential project on Wednesday.
At present, it is reported that the apartments will have three and four bedroom options, and would be sold at prices ranging from Rs 5 crore to Rs 10 crore.

This is the fourth Trump Tower project in India after Pune, Mumbai and Kolkata. Th eproject was unveiled on Wednesday, which involved investments worth Rs 1,200 crore.
M3M India, the developer of iconic Trump Towers in Gurgaon on Thursday said it has sold 20 apartments worth Rs 150 crore on the first day of the launch.

Tribeca has got the exclusive right to market this project, while The Trump Organization has lent the Trump brand. M3M and Tribeca will develop 250 ultra luxury residences under a brand licence from The Trump Organization, which is now led by Donald Trump Jr, son of US President Donald Trump.
Trump Towers Delhi NCR will quickly become the most prestigious address in the city, he added. The construction work of the towers, each around 50 floors and over 600 feet facing golf course, will start in March and the project will be completed in five years. It has already completed eight projects and is now developing 12 projects. M3M India has provided the land for this project and the company would be responsible for development as well.
