In a game they absolutely had to win, the Florida State Seminoles came back from a seven-point deficit in the second half to rally past Syracuse 101-90 in double overtime.

After taking almost six minutes to hit their first field goal of the game, the Seminoles woke up in the first half and took a 10 point lead into the locker room - led by Christ Koumadje with three baskets in the final two minutes that included two monster dunks that got the Tucker Center rocking as part of his 23 point day. The 7-foot-4 center contributed 23 points on 9 of 14 shooting with eight of those baskets coming on dunks.

Syracuse: Battle is the first player to score 30 or more points in an overtime game for the Orange since Rakeem Christmas had 35 against Wake Forest on January 3, 2005.

FSU guard Trent Forrest, who started in place of Mann, hit a floater in the lane with 25 seconds remaining to help the Seminoles tie the game in the first overtime.

PJ Savoy and Mfiondu Kabengele added 11 points apiece for Florida State, which shot 40.2 percent and received 45 points from its bench while playing without leading scorer Terrence Mann (concussion).
