Jasmine Forrester died in hospital yesterday afternoon after she was found with knife wounds at a home in Kent Road, Wolverhampton, just before 1am.
Police have charged the uncle of 11-year-old Jasmine Forrester with murder after she was stabbed in Wolverhampton on Friday.
Police are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.

A police cordon remains in place at the semi-detached house in Kent Road where the girl suffered multiple injuries, including a serious head wound.

Jasmine's 51-year-old unemployed uncle, Delroy Forrester, of Lower Villiers Street in Blakenhall, was charged with her murder on Saturday night and has been remanded in custody to appear at Walsall Magistrates Court on Monday.
