New England Gears Up for March's Third Major Winter Storm

Amtrak temporarily suspended its Northeast Corridor Service between Boston and NY until at least 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Almost 50 million people are under a winter weather advisory or warning from the Tennessee Valley into New England including New York City, Boston, and Portland, Maine.

Winter storm warnings are in place across parts of western Virginia and North Carolina, where 3 to 5 inches of snow are expected to accumulate Monday, with up to 8 inches possible in some isolated areas.
